The process of ordering spare parts is the following:
In case you know what is the exact part that you need please send an e-mail to szerviz@gamagarden.eu with the following information:
- The name of the product that you need the parts for
- The name of the parts and its ordinal number from the Exploded drawing
- The number of each piece how many you want to order
- Address for invoicing
- Address for delivery
- E-mail and phone number
In case that you do not know what is that you exactly need, or you need some kind of consultancy please call +36 (30) 508-6563. Our colleague will help you to figure out what you need and guide you through the process.
After these we will send you an offer for the parts ordered. You will have to answer for this offer with an acceptance e-mail in order to verify your order.
Our partner, Trans-o-flex is responsible for the delivery. The delivery takes place 10 work days after the order has been verified. The shipping cost is 1685 Ft + Vat.
We send spare parts only cash on delivery.
